M-TAG One Network 4+

It is showing wrong entries and same time, same date for everything. Plus procedure for adding payment is super slow. Feedback feature doesn’t work. Yar Kia time waste aap banai a.
Most importantly, there is no safety feature in it. It must be attached with GPS, if someone get any problem on the motorway then by pressing button motorway police can get car exact location. Plz add this feature.

I went to M tag booth located close to askari 11 in lahore today it appeared descent while the customers were rolling slowly towards the booth in their respective turn. But as I was praising the system many people who came very late parked their vehicles farther away and approached the booth on feet and took the tag and myself like many who waited for over 2 hours to get our turn while rolling the vehicle slowly as per our turn just burnt the heart. This is not acceptable. Now the time has come that all organisations should make their respective terms of references appropriately and practice as per the standard guidelines. Don’t spoil the system as we have lot of garbage in our dear land. Illiterate people sitting everywhere who don’t stand a chance to be respected in first world but here they are kings and queens. I am proud to be Pakistani but disappointed when I see my brothers and sisters behave in a absurd manner. Believe me they become human beings once land in first world. 😄

Following suggestions should be considered for improvements:

1. Person should be able to transfer money from his previous sold car Mtag id to a new Mtag id.

2. Presently, individual needs to make a phone call to delink Mtag id of old, sold car…this should be done through the APP through a Delink or Delete button

3. In toll history it shows Mtag Id and not the car registration number. This section should show car registration number as many employee have to claim toll slips but face difficulty due lack of registration number in it.

4. Toll Calculator section needs a major overhaul. Presently, a person have to select Motorway number like M1, M2 etc so a person have to do this exercise and manually calculate rates. It should be simplified by allowing a person to calculate toll rate from one city to another. Better use an AI for it.

5. Presently, only Askari bank mobile app has the option for direct payment to Mtag. Other bank’s mobile app be also linked.
