Can’t update or view policy.
I monitor my policies and their current fund value through the app but lately I always get a prompt saying the fund values can’t be viewed at the moment. I tried several times at different times of the day/night, thinking it could just be due some maintenance going on but I couldn’t view the information for almost 3 months now.
Lately I can’t even view my linked policies.
It’s also advertised that updates to information or modes of payment may be made through the app but despite several tries over the course of a few weeks or months, it doesn’t work. Either the app crashes/closes on its own or stop responding. Changes made are not reflected after.

Very poor app. Nothing is good. Invest in your developers!
This app really deserves 1 star. Same with other reviews here, whenever I want to view my policy it always ends up with an error. Tried every single day but still not working my gosh! You are promoting to use the Pulse app but really nothing could be done here like seriously?! Your customer deserves much better service. Even your website was faulty that it always says no record found when trying to make a transaction. Brrr! That’s why I am planning to terminate my policy as I am not happy with all these. Everything is digital now so you should invest in your developers to provide better experience for your customers! We want to access our needs using our phone and don’t tell me to call your hotline for any problems as most people do not have the time to do that. FIX YOUR APP! Even updating it did not do anything good! You are earning a lot why don’t you invest in good app developers my gosh! I could go on and on because of my very poor experience
Not UI friendly and iphone compatible
Whenever I make changes or actions there would be a blank page that would pop uo in the app and nothing will happen until you close the app and open again. The problem is I can’t link my policy in the app because of this and I don’t know of my linking had proceeded or if there were incorrect details. Please fix this issue. I am using an iphone12 with the latest iOS version. I’ve tried this a few months ago and had the same issue. I thought I’d give it a chance again but still encounter the same issue. Please fix this because otherwise the app is totally useless to me.
