UNDER REVIEW FOR 1 WEEK
Last week, someone went to my place from Uno Digital to interview me. When I opened the app it still says "Under Review" until now yet the person who went to my place said I am capable of having a loan. How do I fix this? I called costumer service but they did not answer my call. There is also someone who called me but when I answered the phone they only said they are from Uno bank and after that they did not talk. I hope you can help me with this please.

Overall bad experience
Back in June 2024, I tried to open up an account to add to my online resume, but instead of opening an account it went directly to loan application, curious I applied continued but kept getting stuck when confirming the details submitted. I tried for days but still same result so I just deleted this app. Late July 2024 got an SMS that loan was approved. I re-install the app same, same thing happened. Called thier customer service 1st rep unable to provide an answer. 2nd rep asked me to use gcash and link the account. It work and I saw that my loan application was indeed approved. Tried to claim the loan but error that something went wrong and was advising to retry kept popping up. Called customer service again and was told to do basic troubleshooting but no result and was advised to wait 24/48 hours. Called atleast 3 times after advised timeframe all they could do is file for ticket and kept on saying its a known issue and continue to try again. Currently its August 2024 and still nothing is resolved and doubt anything would be resolved.
Lost Money!
I’m giving 5 star only to make this review on top and WARN you to NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I regret trying this App. Last night Aug 14, 2024 I add money from my BPI. It was deducted on my BPI but did not reflect on Unobank App. It’s very very very disappointing. I need it to pay my bills but this happened. This is the first time I experience this. Never happened this to me from other big banks app. I contacted the in-app messaging but no response. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Your money is not secured here. Its better to transact using Big bank Apps or gcash. I would rather pay convenience fee than transacting free but lost money. Hoping that my money will be return today Aug 15, 2024.
