Update now requires selfie verification EVERYTIME

I have been using the app for a coiple of years and had several time deposits matured. I have liked it so far until the recent update. Now when opening it, it asks for mobile number, password, and selfie verification ecerytime I open the app. I have tried troubleshooting by setting the biometric and closing the app. But then it resets and asks for number, password, and selfie verification. When I went back to settings, I noticed the biometrics has been disabled again. Reinstalling the app did not help as well. I tried reaching out to uour support by creatong a ticket within the app but they asked for a screen recording while loggin im which will expose my password since it will capture me entering the password. If this is not resoved, I will be terminating my time deposits and move it to another digibank.

SCAM AND USELESS

App not working, keep waiting for the OTP number but not getting it during registration thru app hoping I can get help with all my issues with my transactions.

Also, they deducted twice for the pending balance the same day although first charge should cover the balance pro di nila binalik pera ko. Can’t reach by phone or email to dispute. I called couple of times UB hotline and referred me to their UD Bank email address but no one will actually respond to you. I saw their phone number sa UD bank website and tried calling them pro walang sumasagot. May sumagot pro dropped the call. Parang ayaw talaga nila mag answer and mag resolve ng mga issues ng customers nila. Very frustrating and inconvenient. Until now hindi pa na reimburse ang money ko.

SCAM

Nung nag offer ng loan sabi auto deduct sa UB account, grinab ko for 2 months to pay every 15th of the month pero 2 months hindi nag deduct chineck ko yung link na sinend sa text pero unvailable daw mentainance wala rin nag c contact text at tawag or nag e email ngayon lang nag start mag deduct at kada pasok ng pera sa UB account lahat kakaltasin, dalawang beses na ko kinaltasan for almost 25k na in total tapos tumatawag lagi iba iba number starting (0917), ngayon sinagot tinanong ko remaining balance ko 18k pa daw samantalang 26k lang ang niloan ko! naiintindihan ko yang penalty kung di nakabayad pero kasalanan ko ba yon hindi kayo nag d deduct? wala kayo paramdam ng 2 months? at hindi dapat sobrang laki! scam kayo! feeling ko sinadya nyo hindi mag deduct for 2 months para magkaron kami penalty at wag nyo sabihin lumalagpas ng 10k ang penalty nyo every due date pag hindi nabayaran? WAG KAYO MAG PAPA UTO DITO!
