We very much enjoyed our stay at Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites, the new property of Ferra Premier by JG. More than the well-appointed and clean rooms and the delicious breakfast buffet, what stood out was the warm and excellent service by its staff. We felt at home and well-taken care of and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Ms. Toni, the hotel manager was very hands-on and helped us with all our concerns, from dinner reservation to transportation to early breakfast because of an early flight back home. We were initially apprehensive because the hotel was not located on the beachfront, but it was actually very convenient, as the beach and D'Mall were less than a five-minute leisurely walk, and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Added to that, we did not have to deal with the noise from crowds that comes with staying at a beachfront property. Ferra Hotel and Garden Suites is highly recommended whenever you visit beautiful Boracay!

Its been an amazing stay here in Henann Palm (newest hotel). I am staying in Premium room that has the best view especially morning, I see the beach and their famous skypool. It has a nice bath tub, very comfy bed, cozy atmosphere and very up to date design and the smell is great. I checked in Mar 21st, Dianne at front desk assisted me when I check-in. Jira as well is never tired for all my request and super thank you Ms. Aila for the best deal and one of the reason I am extending till Apr 9th. This hotel has the best customer service, from breakfast, they serve the best food - I love their tapa, french toast, adobo and tocino. Pinky has shown exceptional service, always extra special - shakes, beer, my all time fav calamares and the bistek penne - super creamy and yummy. Ace, Adrian, Rutchell, Angela and many to mention have made my stay extra special. I will go back for sure!

Our family stayed for 15 nights during our recent holiday vacation in Vancouver. It was our first time in Vancouver and the hotel was highly recommended by a friend who stayed here previously. I also checked TA reviews before I finally decided to book. We got a room with 2 queen beds and wonderful views of the English Bay, mountains and the city. The location in Robson Street is the best. A lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We booked our tours with the front desk (thanks Teigan) and had a grand time exploring the city and Whistler. We just walked to the train station when we visited our relatives in Surrey. Housekeeping was very efficient and kept the room clean the entire time. We will surely stay here again on our next visit.
