I requested to update the phone number on file since I lost my sim and I just want my information to be updated on file, I've email their customer service and provided neccessary information but its been weeks till now there is no update, im receiving the same response, they froze my account for sec purposes and when i have the option to update the phone number It will not allow me, I hope their CS can sense the urgency and make some update to my concern, been following up for days but it seems there is no action at all from them.

I won’t remove my review below because they were indeed one of the best loaning apps I have used, unfortunately, they’ve taken a big business decision to stop servicing regular customers UNLESS our company is affiliated with TendoPay. I am a freelancer so I’m not locally employed and have no chance of re-applying for a loan again even after I’ve loaned more than 50k since 2020. I’m not sure as to why the change happened, but this affects your freelancer customers. Certainly unhappy with this change but it is what it is [Review below was before their policy changes] By far the best one I’ve tried and seen, no hidden fees or charges, everything is explain properly, best of all, the interests aren’t that high for the duration of the loans they provide! I’ve had horrible experience with two other loaning apps whose agents would harass you for paying late less than 24 hours outside your deadline. That’s not the case for TendoPay, they are very professional when handling late payments. I’ve only been late a couple of times and they never harassed me or gave me a hard time, that’s why if I can, I also pay in advance. I’ve already loaned up a total of 29k across 4 loans and I am looking forward to still be a customer of them for a very long time! Kudos to the team!

Max helped me out when I lost my phone due to a Modus in Rosario Pasig. I was sad and anxious since the OTP for purchases goes straight to my lost phone. Needless to say Customer Service is on point!!!! 🥰🥰🥰 They attended to my concern fast along with Chloe thankyou so much TendoPay! They changed my phone number after multiple security questions I understand they are just safeguarding my account again thankyou!!! Hope mu limit increase as well heheh 38k atm.
