SKY Fiber Mesh 4+

After installation of the sky fiber mesh, i have asked the technician as to why it is not connecting me or allowing me to log into the app and asking me to connect to the fiber mesh to which i did. Technician who installed this is not even knowledgeable enough and keep on referring me to Kyla. Also, he told me that my wifi router is not compatible to the mesh that is why im getting this issue. I reached out to the customer service via Kayla and they told me otherwise. They asked me to do all of the troubleshooting to which i did before calling but everytime , different agents keeps on asking me to do the same. It is frustrating as i am not able to fully maximize the feature of this new device but you keep on advertising it.

Also, your response time is frustrating as i am being transferred to different agents because of long wait time for responses from them.

This app is not working and no one seemed to know how to fix it.

After I downloaded the app while I’m connected to SKY Fiber internet, the app asked me to log in, after putting the information needed and click the terms and conditions, it prompts that I need to connect to wifi and launch the app which I’ve already connected. They need to check this application since there’s no way for us to change password only to this app. Aside from slow internet, your customer service is not as good as the ofher provider can do. Might thinking to switch to another provider. Ghis internet provider was only good in sending your bill in advance but didn’t improve their customer satisfaction and didn’t fix fhe problem of having a slow internet connection.

I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 3 star because the app now is working. If you’re still unable to connect to this app, there might be something wrong with you data connection in general. Best way to fix this is to chat SKY and have them fix your connection. In all fairness, they are quick to respond and visit to check the problem. Soon as the internet guy fixes the wifi I was able to connect to the app smoothly. He said the app is an indicator if your connection is bad cuz it will not work at all. I’m giving the app 3 star for now since it’s just been up and running, might change the rating again depending on its performance for a period.
