THIS APP IS NOT YET AVAILABLE IN VISAYAS REGION!
Hi there! I know this has a great opportunity to all sari-sari store owner like me. But upon registering, I noticed that this isn't yet available in my region the visayas region to be specific. Hopefully, the admin would notice and read this and make a way to be able to have this here in my town, of course to create and have more potential income.
Can’t view “Products”
The app is good and it’s working for a few weeks however recently, I can’t view the products and nothing comes up when I search using key words. So now I don’t know how I’m going to order if I can’t even check which products are available since it’s not even showing up. The posters are the only ones I can see when I click “Products”.
Been a CL for over a year now
Customer support seems to be lacking, would rather send automated replies/generic answers than actually assisting the customer with the ticket. There seems to be problems with communication with the team as well, Product Team would say a product will be restocked within the week but 2 weeks have passed and it still hasn't been restocked. Also, quality of products need to be properly monitored. Some items are expired when delivered (noticed this with products under promotions)
