The Samsung Galaxy Fit application connects Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro and Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro, Galaxy Fit and Galaxy Fitⓔ features and applications installed through Gear Appstore.
Use the Samsung Galaxy Fit application to set up and manage the following features:
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings

Install the Samsung Galaxy Fit application on your mobile device, then pair your Samsung Galaxy Fit2, Gear Fit2, Gear Fit2 pro and Galaxy Fit, Galaxy Fitⓔ with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.

IOS 15 issue - NOTIFICTION/MUSIC CONTROL UPDATE
**Connection issues of the watch and the samung galaxy fit App ever since Apple IOS 15 is installed. Now its finally connecting thru the app unlike last time, but NOTIFICATIONS dont appear on the watch and the watch MUSIC CONTROL cant access the phone's music player as well. Hope devs can notice this. Thank you.**

Thank you for responding and noticing my issue, I did all the necessary measures and guides you mentioned but still the issue is haven't resolved. I restarted the gear, forget the gear in the bluetooth, redownloaded the app but still the same.🥺

Only Messages & Messenger notifications not appearing
Everything’s good and the app is self-explanatory. However, for some reason notifications from messages (sms) and fb messenger app don’t appear on the watch even if all the other notifs from other apps do. I’ve checked all settings and so. Perhaps it just doesn’t work with iphone 11?
EDIT: I was able to make notifications work by letting my phone notification settings to show preview always rather than when unlocked. Once i received one notification from the messages and messenger, i was able to change again to preview when unlocked and i receive notifications well now. I’m really happy with this watch especially the sleep tracking!

Apple Health
It works perfectly and incredibly fine, however I noticed that the steps I took with the watch does not actually add-up to the total steps in the apple health or it seems that it can’t write data into my phone. Otherwise, it works absolutely great.

Dear Cha 98, you have to connect the Gear to the Samsung Health app first. From the Samsung Health app you can transfer your steps count, walking and running distance to Apple Health. Let us know if your issue is resolved, thank you.
