Good for its price
Stayed in their room in Urban Deca. We appreciate the seamless check in and check out and that their staff were accommodating. The aircon, microwave, small fridge, and heater were functioning well. The shower and faucet has good water pressure except for the bidet. Good wifi and tv plus connection. The room gave us a feeling though of being in a hospital room. The pillows and spring mattress could have been improved. The emergency exit window seems broken, you cannot lock it so there’s a gap wherein insects may enter, good thing there’s none when we were there. Giving it 5 star because it is worth its price. The other studio rooms from other property managers are priced way higher. This is the most affordable find. Glad to find their OYO app as it gave an option to pay at the hotel.

Guest# limited to 3
Why is the option for guests number limited to 3? The room I'm trying to book now has 5beds, and yet number of guest is limited to 3? Booked recently and since no option for more than 3, i completed the booking with just 3guests but the room can house more than 3 guests then they asked to pay more when we got there. Will the same apply if im now booking for a room with literally 5beds?

Tricky Hotel
RESERVATION- upon confirming the room on a promo rate which they did send a confirmation email and was as led to reconfirm again a day prior to arrival which we did and again they confirmed it and sent us an sms, then after 4 minutes they send a CANCELLATION email, when we call the hotel to asked and was pointed to different contact person , though Rafael from Sales was kind to direct us to their CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, NO ONE from them had the courtesy to respond and explain what happened and since guest is arriving , they gave us no choice but to book the SAME ROOM for HIGHER PRICE!
Upon guest arrival at 10pm , they asked the guest to BUY HIS OWN SOAP because they run out of stock! What kind of hotel will ask your guest to buy their own supply of an amenity that they should be providing!!! Not to mention this guest is supposed to be in QUARANTINE!
It’s not an early check in for you guys not to have the time to check and buy your own shortage ... I don’t know how you are able to pass the accreditation....
