Our life is so chaotic these days that no one has the time to cook, and most of us did not have the time to go out for lunch or dinner outside every day. If you are a food lover and you do not have time to cook or go outside for the lunch or dinner then there is a solution “ordering food online”.

I am really fond of using food delivery apps like “grabfood” and “foodpanda” when i was living in the city. But now, i am back to my province and we never experienced food delivery service like this before so a big thankyou to this app because i can satisfy my cravings whenever i want. After using this app I must say this is an awesome app, easy to use I have not faced any complication regarding ordering food online from this app. I really recommend this app to satisfy your cravings at home! 🤩

Placed an order and one of the items I originally wanted wasn’t available, so I changed it to a cheaper option. I was wondering why was I overcharged way more than what was expected but at the time I didn’t think much since I wanted to just bring the food back inside after receiving it from the rider.

After double checking the menu on OrderMo, contacted the rep from OrderMo who told me na di available yung original item I wanted. Asked bakit ang laki ng discrepancy tapos found out they also changed another item sa order ko which costs more. Asked why did no one disclose that to me, both sa restaurant side and OrderMo side. Just received an apology and was told to return the item when we’ve already touched it. In the first place, if we knew it was wrong we wouldn’t have done anything. Just because our mode of payment (and the only mop available for that resto) was COD, they altered ANOTHER item on our order without prior notice. And it’s like it’s my fault.

If someone happened to be allergic to the type of meat they replaced and we happened to had an emergency because of an allergic reaction, would they have done anything? Zero for customer service. Better off with other apps like FoodPanda or Grab. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I tried to be a regular customer, but I’ve had it with this app. You place an order, wait for 30 - 45 minutes or more, and then they just cancel on you. What’s the point? It’s clear that the merchant menus are outdated and not regularly updated. You end up ordering at your own risk, and trust me, the risk isn't worth it. I’ve lost count of how many times I've been left frustrated. This app is especially unreliable for families trying to put food on the table—timing is everything when you have kids to feed.

I really want to support small businesses and love the innovation and local employment this app could bring, but it’s still too inconsistent. The only reliable options are the major fast food chains, and that’s just not good enough. This app needs a serious overhaul, including improved merchant partnerships and transparency of customer ratings, to be worth anyone’s time.

Will consider again after a year or so, that is if competition hasn’t provided a better alternative in our humble province.
