Dear noon.

Noon is very poor online application? They didn’t call or message if the product on the way to delivery, same like happening everytime they deliver my order at my location without knowing because sometimes we are in work sometimes outside we are not in home everytime. You mush do train for your delivery. Call first or message before you deliver the product we order. Everytime it seems like this.

I order also last months almost 30 days my order and didn’t come i notice that the product not available. So why I’m waiting for a long time you must cancelled the order if not available.

BEWARE: Returned Item / RUDE COURIER

I ordered items days back and one of which happens to be my supplements. When I received the item 2 of the blister tabs were open, the box dented on the side, and the tablets broken. Since they are consumable items I don’t intend to keep them as it is not safe. I called Noon and the call center scheduled a driver to collect which I am very clear in informing the call center that I am working and will only be available after 6:00pm. Then the following day someone called in the morning saying he will collect the damaged item, i told him I am only available from 6:00pm onward then he said he will wait and called me again around 5:55 while I am still on my way home telling him that I will reach in about 15 minutes. He couldn’t wait and when I messaged him he said that he has gone back to his hub and told me he WASTED HIS TIME WAITING FOR ME FROM 3:00PM like it is my fault in wasting his time. I don’t understand the psychosis and professionalism of these people. Not understanding who is the customer and what is the nature of his job of collection from me. I am not sure why this company is employing such arrogant people in the first place. Unacceptable manner, disrespectful, and rude. I need this item replaced, or my money refunded and will never order from you again. If you don’t want to succumb to the same experience as I did, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Account was hacked and Noon did nothing

My account has been compromised and hacked, he took over my account without my knowledge and he was able to change the delivery address so he can received my order. His name, address amd mobile number is listed in the address book of my account. I reported this to Noon, and they said that the relevant team is investigating the issue and will come up with a resolution within 24 to 48 hours. To make it short, 72 hours had passes, I received no email and I called the Noon One priority customer service and she told me that there is already a resolution. What is shocking about the resolution is that, Noon called the actual HACKER. The HACKER said, "I have no complaints". So this is a TESTAMENT that Noon did not study the problem very well, especially the names, addresses and mobile numbers. Noon, did not take my issue seriously where in fact this is a very serious problem that must address right away because if this person will not be punished, he will keep on hacking other noon accounts. I am calling the attention of MR. FARAZ KHALID the CEO of Noon to please help me with my issue.
