NBTC Service Portal เป็น Platform กลางในการให้บริการประชาชนแบบ End-To-End Service ซึ่งได้มีการจัดกลุ่มการบริการได้ 3 กลุ่ม คือ
- การให้บริการข้อมูลข่าวสาร (Information Service)
- การอนุมัติ/อนุญาต (License)
- การรับเรื่องร้องเรียน (Complain)
เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับประชาชน ลดระยะเวลา ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางมาติดต่อที่หน่วยงานโดยผ่าน E-Service Infrastructure ผ่านรูปแบบของ Smart Quiz เป็นการตั้งคำถามเพื่อชี้นำไปสู่บริการที่ผู้ใช้ต้องการได้อย่างสะดวกรวดเร็ว Smart Form เป็นกรอกข้อมูลลงบนแบบฟอร์มกลางเพียงครั้งเดียวและเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ Smart Doc เป็นการแนบเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่ไม่ได้มาจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐเพียงครั้งเดียว Smart Payment การชำระเงินแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เช่น Cross Bank Bill Payment รองรับใบเสร็จรับเงินฉบับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Receipt) และ Smart Permit เป็นการประมวลผลพิมพ์หนังสือราชการ ใบประกาศนียบัตร ใบอนุญาต บัตรฉบับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เป็นต้น
