MyPocketDoctor by Mediaxes Philippines Inc. is the first telemedicine app in the Philippines. A Filipino/Philippines telemedicine company established in 2006. Behind the company are a number of businessmen and doctors in Europe and in the Philippines. MyPocketDoctor by Mediaxes Philippines Inc. aims to provide medical consultations in the easiest, most convenient way possible. We draw on virtually all specialties and our Filipino doctors give you the best consult possible incorporating European telemedicine standards.

Always asking to update the app
Whenever I open the app its always asking to update it. When it routes me on the app store it only allows me to open the app but theres no button to update it. Im giving 2 stars for the inconvenience
I am giving 3 stars because of the inconvenience
1. One it asks me to update the app but it has no update available
2. It asks me for my email and password but sends an OTP. I would rather that they do not ask for my password (since we do not always use this app the password is usually forgotten) just my email since they send an OTP to my email there is no need to ask for my password. By asking only my email they can check whether I have an account (in case I forgot I registered already before) or I need to register for a new account. Then redirect me to OTP page or registration page.
3. Last, sometimes some people are not tech savy especially the elderly or there is slow or limited internet in the area, there should be an option to just call and the nurse will be the one to encode the email and other information in the website on our behalf. They should be given access to our account to type the details on our behalf so we can still have consultations even if there is no internet.
Conveniency
Its convenient and time saving. You can have answers to your medical concerns 24/7 as soon as you can answer their nurses and doctors call.
