I appreciate this app
I love the convenience on how quickly I can get a consultation via call. The medical professionals I’ve talked to so far are polite and helpful. The only downside of this app is that I need to complete separate registrations for each feature. For example, I need different account registrations for Pocket Doctor, Talk2doc, etc. I hope your app have an SSO feature instead. But kudos to this app!

Did not undergo Quality Analysis
Medicard seems to have saved money and opted to skip on quality review before this new app was released to the public. This app is obviously on beta version 1.0 with lots of bugs. The old reliable app is now disabled so now I can’t even login to this new app because of “password error”. I know my password is correct because I use a password manager app. Resetting the password is a frustrating experience because the app will not really send the new password to my email or phone number. To the person/team who decided to release this new buggy app and disable the old reliable app - your action is plain stupidity
Highly recommended
The interface is now more intuitive and user friendly with a cleaner and more modern design. Navigation is smoother and more efficient, making it easier to find and access the features you need. Overall, I am very satisfied with the new update and would highly recommend to others.
