FIX BUGS
I love how the new mobile app looks like and for this, Kudos to the team. But, it is not user-friendly unlike the previous version. It always crashes and even I have a good internet connection, it always says SSL error and delayed OTPs. Actually, I already registered my device for OTP generator, but after I uninstalled it and install it again, I am back now to OTP via email. Even if I wanted to turn the OTP generator on again but still an error message prompted. It’s frustrating to have my transactions pending. I really hope you can fix this and if you can give advice about my OTP generator. Thank you.
Problems to log in.
I have a problem with the log in feature. I bought a new phone then I tried to log in into it but it says user name wrong and I know that that’s what I use to log in before. Then I found out that i can only have 1 device per account so my initial thought is to remove the device so I manage to do it. Now, I try to log in in my new device and it still says wrong user name and when I try to log in back to my old phone same thing still happens. I say what if you add a log in feature where if I register my atm and the app detected that I already have an account and all the information I use matches up from birthdays down to all the information I used to fill up then it allows me to log in with the account I already have, that would be nice. Just anything else where I can log in my account easily but still secure.
App Closes Unexpectedly During Transactions
I've been using this app for a while and generally appreciate its features, but I've encountered a significant issue that impacts its usability. During transactions, the app consistently closes on its own, despite active use. This has been frustrating, especially because it occurs right in the middle of processing payments or managing transactions. It seems like the app misinterprets ongoing activity and times out as if it were idle.
This bug not only disrupts the transaction process but also affects the reliability and efficiency I expect from such an application. I hope the developers can address this issue soon, as it is critical for maintaining trust and functionality. An update resolving this glitch would significantly improve the user experience and help many users who rely on this app for their transaction needs.
