The Kitchen City Cafe App allows Kitchen City Express cafeteria customers to beat the lines and place orders and schedule pickups of their favorite Kitchen City meals in their registered cafeteria.
Simply sign up and plug in the Unique Outlet Code of your office/branch, to get access to the daily menus available in your cafeteria.
Terms
By downloading the app this you are confirming that you have access to the Kitchen City Cafeteria that you are ordering from.
All orders are for pickup. Kitchen City is not responsible and will not refund any payments, if you are unable to pickup your order.
Outlet Codes only will give you access to the cafeteria/outlet you are registering to.

Pls. fix your app
Pls. make it more convenient for parents to order food for our kids. We can’t pay for our orders altogether even if it’s for the same child! Since there is a cut off time, we want to order it all at once so we won’t forget and miss the cut off. If I have 2 kids, that’s logging in my mode of payment 10x! It’s very frustrating to use the app!
Bad experience
I had pre ordered food for my son thru this app. But you serve different meal. Your staff explains that the meal I ordered was already ran out. I ordered this in advance you should prioritize it. What if the food that you replaced had ingredients that will trigger my son’s allergies?? Some of his classmates have the same experience. Others didn’t eat the food.
It’s not good
I kept on receiving invalid login details when I am 100% sure that I was putting the correct username and password since I have written it down and even took a picture of my login details. Then just for the heck of it I tried using forgot password but after an hour of waiting I still didn’t receive a code sent to my email to change my password. Very inconvenient!
