I bought yesterday, its friendly user, easy to print and looking forward for the latest update firmware.
Line streaks
Everything was working fine, i was able to print a couple of photos but after that,line streaks started to appear. I tried to put the smartsheet again as they said in the website but i have no luck. I’ve already wasted so much photo paper trying to fix the sprocket

Hi Jamelooot, sorry to hear about the poor print quality. Please ensure your sprocket has the latest firmware (ver. 1.1.7). You can find this info in the sprocket app menu (select "sprocket" and then "printers" and you will see the firmware version listed near the bottom of the screen (as long as the printer is on and connected to your mobile device). If an update is available, please install it. If this doesn't resolve the issue please open up the sprocket cover, remove paper and then manually clean the roller with a damp cloth (ring out the water) or wet wipe and then try again. If the lines are still there, then please contact HP Support: * Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/ * Enter Product number or select to auto detect * Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options" * Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get a Case & phone number. They will be happy to assist you immediately. If the unit is under warranty repair services under the manufacturer's warranty will be free of charge.
Quality
The app in itself is alright. The output of the printer though is just unstasifactory.
