Cash out delays
The app was good, but sometimes it crashes.
My only problem is the cash out options, there’s so much hassle. I mean not all of us are financially stable, some of us needed the money right away but Grab makes it hard for a few riders. Make it easier to cash out, you are requiring too much verification. Give us the “upgrade cash wallet” button upon activation.
Worst chat support
They will just ignore you if you are driver, they will disregard you even you are in the middle of abusive costumer! They will just leave you hanging for 2weeks or even longer they will not attend to your complaint never!!! They dont mind they drivers not even give consideration!! Worst chat support ever!!! Useless chat support!!! For a small amount they will never assist you no matter if you travelled for 1hr waiting for nothing! They never experience traffic, hunger and exhaustion wala silang paki sa mga driver na tulad ko!!! Wala silang awa
