Gizmo: AI Flashcards 4+

I wanted to give it a perfect 5 star but somehow this app will be way more better if our cards can be accessed even offline. Sometimes I want to quiz myself whenever I am traveling or not in a study place but I needed wifi in order to access the decks which can be challenging for someone living in a third world country. I hope this can be more user and cost friendly!

I really like this app. A few enhancements that I believe would be beneficial include: enabling offline quiz functionality for the deck, introducing more question types such as matching, and ensuring accurate spelling is required (typos should be considered incorrect answers). Since the app utilizes AI, it would be helpful if answers that are semantically similar to the correct answer were also accepted. Additionally, incorporating text-to-speech capabilities, or ways to test myself orally, would be fantastic. I suggest exploring further optimizations using AI. Moreover, please address the lag issues and the false ‘No Signal or Connection’ errors, even when my internet connection is stable. These issues are troublesome, especially when I need to study quickly and the app is unresponsive. Overall, I love this app; it allows me to select specific words in the description as the set answers, and the fact that it’s AI-powered and free is incredible! I am grateful for the app’s wide accessibility and look forward to its continued improvement in the future. Thank you so much!

I was surprised with how unbelievably disappointing this app is. Beyond the striking reviews, it is quite slow. Extremely slow, to be honest. I thought of it to be a bridge for an easier and quicker way of understanding my lessons yet it seems to have burdened me even more with the amount of things to alter and edit despite giving perfectly normal information. I expected better, and I was let down very quickly.
Edit: it is, to be frank, stupid. It is slow, nothing works, on neither of my devices. Its like a stubborn child that does not listen and instead of helping me it has only made things work. If your idea is to help students with learning you have only caused worse and I'm extremely disappointed with how this apps performance deteriorated in under a month.
