Unable to log in
I used the NEW app for 2- 3 months, it was working although credit and debit are updated after 1-2 business days and worst if its a weekend. Suddenly i'm unable to
log in before Christmas until now. none of my credentials are accepted and I can't even do reset it.
We need a working app. The old app is so slow and have to do OTP every time we transact online. Please Eastwest, you need to do FIX this soon!
worst bank app ever
Been trying to log in to my account for the past month. It’s an endless loop: Tried logging in-> told me to Register instead-> tried registering my account -> states that I already have an account so I just have to log in-> tried logging in again and yep the cycle goes on.
Finally e-mailed them about this pressing issue. Was informed to log in through a link they sent, and that was when i found out my account my temporarily blocked. I’ve only used the app for about a month tho. Oh and i forgot to mention that this issue started when i received a notification that i have to update the app.
So much hassle. Please test your app before making it available to the public.

Needs more improvement.
The app is quite an improvement compared to the old app of Eastwest, but it still needs some work to be done.
I always get error when I attempt to transfer funds between my own accounts. While I don’t encounter this when trying to transfer to other people account.
If they can add an option for “Printable Bank Statement” from within the app, that would be amazing. Sometimes I am abroad and I need an account statement. It literally becomes impossible for me due t lack of access to branches of bank.
