When renewing my membership, the app doesn’t allow me to type in my card details. DP should make the necessary fix.
Bad Service Poor Customer Support Sneaky
this app is very sneaky. Citibank gave me a free membership with 2 free access. But when I tried to use the app in Bangkok the lounge said that dragon pass told them
not to honor. They said they cant help me .i tried to argue that its on the app they said call dragon pass? im in a foreign land at 5am just trying to use my free lounge access. so i just paid with my card and argued with citibank yet they still claim that its not included in the list. I asked them where i can see the list and how to confirm if this lounge is good they said THEY DONT KNOW. I dont reciommend. I paid a very high price and the lounge was very poor bad service
Pls fix your app…so many complaints over so many years
Your app AND your website have no options to renew my membership.
As per my Citibank card, I am entitled to 2 passes per year but how can I avail of them when you don’t allow me to use my card details or even allow me to register a new Dragonpass account to use my new credit card!?
I see all the same complaints in the reviews from years and years ago. Have these complaints never been addressed? Cause it’s 2023 now and I am having the same problems!
