Problem with GPS and no “Cancel” button
Tried this app for the first time and I had to re-book multiple times due to inputting the wrong address. I would type the specific address but it would lead to a totally sifferent location. As for the cancel button, it is not visible and had to resort to chatting with the customer service. Not beginner friendly at all and I hope this can be fixed.
The app is not user friendly
Inputting your address is a challenge. The app will insist you live somewhere else, wrong number and wrong area. Not even close to an area near me! Poor map and GPS. How can they deliver when I can’t input my address correctly.
You cannot explore the merchant area until they open their delivery service at 10am.
I hope you can improve in the future. But for now….it’s time for me to move to other app.

Worst interface
It doesn't allow you to search some locations. I always have to use the “search from map” to find the location which is a hassle. And sometimes it won’t even pin on the location on the map.
