HARASSMENT AND THREAT
These people don’t understand simple english. I already told them I’ll extend today but at 9PM and this agent keep threatening me saying that I have to do it by 3PM or else the extension feature will be removed from the app. HOW? Are all your agents app developers too? I told them I will settle it and to stop calling me in the mean time as I have a lot of meetings at work but they will keep on calling you. I understand you have your targets and KPIs but that doesn’t mean you can harass anyone. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. Once I got my salary, I will settle all the bills and uninstall this app. And will never recommend it to anyone. There’s a HUGE processing fee and then a HUGE interest. Kachara app you’re just leeching off other people when you should be helping them cause that’s what your app’s supposed goal.
Worst Costumer Service
If you will be on late payment they will keep on calling you everyday at every hour, I know there will be penalty for late payment and I can pay for it. But to think they will call you every time with different numbers and even pressure you to pay immediately and block mail you even I explain that I having problem with my card and let me settle it with the bank then will pay for it.
Please have a good costumer service, I wont run away and will definitely pay. This will be the last time I will use of this services and this app.
