Best online loan I only have and I can count on.

To be honest I wasn’t like how your call center agents treat me o the first loan. I indeed love you guys, please disregard my last review. Just now I paid my first loan that suppose to due tomorrow. I tried to loan again and though you would asked all the information I’ve given you but was surprised that you did not. I was like “oh really?” When I just click proceed then I received a notification message that it was approved just now. This is truly awesome! I can’t believe second loan experience would be greater than the first one. Over all I love your management and this changed my point of view. Pls just educate your call center agents. I understand they’re just doing their job but they should also put their selves on our shoes. kudosss!!!

Second thoughts for them: this app is incredibly amazing! I just finished my fly now option where you can pay your ticket through them. We need to go home again in Mindanoa and paid my two remaining payments in advance to install again 😂😂 and it was approved immediately. Supperr!!!!

A very humble and good lending service

This is my first time to apply and get a very good feedback of approval for a loan thru online and my first was very gracious! This is the best lending company online. I actually applied for loan with Moola or Cashwagon BUT they are those lending companies who do not want to help people but to get a lot of hidden fees and interest from. Cashalo is different! They just have 300 pesos interest from 3k and they will really deposit 3K to your bank account. UNLIKE those lending companies mentioned that instead of getting 3k, they will deposit 2700 because of interest and add up another fees! So they are not really to help Filipinos in terms of needs, they just want to get more money thru interests! Even if I was approved for their loan offers but when they introduced me the hidden fees, I REFUSED! Thank you CASHALO! And I shall return 😂

Used to be a great lending app

I’ve been a loyal client of this lending app for almost 2 years. They used to have a very reasonable interest rates and are far lesser than most lending apps. Lately, they have almost the same interest as with other loan sharks in the market.

Also, I got into a family emergency and was unable to make a payment in full by the due date. I tried to make arrangements with them and told them I will pay in full on my next pay day. Also sent them an email for the proposed arrangement. Unfortunately, you can’t make arrangements with them even if you are willing to pay for the penalties and additional interests. They will continue to call you even if you say the same thing. What’s worse, they will contact you reference people and tell them about your loan. Seriously, I find it very unethical and unprofessional. I would understand if you call them if you have not gotten hold of me. I expected too much from this company and I was very disappointed to learn that they are just one of those unreasonable lending apps. I truly regret doing business with them.
