No option for advance booking
There is no option for a scheduled pick up. I am planning to book in advance because my flight will still be on 11PM but there is no option for an advance booking. Once you select the transport means and click proceed, they will send driver right away. Unlike what they shown in the ads that the booking was made in advance. That for further improvement of the app by including an option for a scheduled bookings. But generally, i appreciate the app. Kudos to the developers.
very Low response
I've been trying to make an acct so i can enjoy the service but then the service you gave is so poor in reponding and giving an OTP. It took an Hour until my number gets retricted of attempting to have an OTP multiple time.
Sending an OTP for an hour causing so much trouble because the the OTP is only good for a 10minutes. And eventually to have another OTP would be an hour again until the subscriber gets restricted for multiple attempts to have its OTP.,. So poor and inconvenient .
Rates are not accurate
Please fix or investigate your riders the rates in the app is not accurate when they are dropping you off they opp to charge more than the App declares.
