The new UI has some buttons overlapping with system buttons, where some buttons almost reached the status bar

I used to love this app. Now, it’s been such a hassle ever since they stopped automatically crediting points for purchases made with registered credit cards, especially since the receipt scanning function is a hit or miss. If you’ve already scanned a valid receipt but for some reason, the system deems it as invalid, e.g. the date convention used by the merchant’s POS is DD-MM-YYYY and a purchase made on June 2, 2024 is detected as February 6, 2024, not only will it tell you that the date is invalid for claiming, you can also no longer rescan the receipt because it’s already been “used”. Not to mention, if you do manage to get your receipt in, it takes such a looong time for the points to be credited. Shopping at other malls like Power Plant is a better experience since you’re guaranteed to get your points from all of your purchases from their Rockwellist loyalty program. It’s starting to feel like the Ayala Malls purposefully don’t want their shoppers to earn points 😂

Please fix the UI. Other icons are cropped and some components are not scrollable. I also wish that the points are added real time. Also, it would be nice if there is a handy and easy-access list of participating stores that can give us certain amount of points and more detailed mechanics on receiving points. Overall, it’s a nice mall app that is very beneficial in navigating and earning points for rewards and such. Can’t wait for the app fixes and new app features!
