Angkas: Book Fast Moto Taxi 17+

The new app books you a ride much faster now compared to the old app which is very appreciated. I also like how you are now able to leave the app and it continues working in the background automatically. The app’s interface is snappier and more streamlined especially when selecting pick-up and drop-off locations as well as tracking the rider’s progress, and choosing from the map is finally accurate unlike the old app where the pin sometimes skews away from where I intended.

My suggestions for improvement are (1) integration of other payment options such as GCash, (2) improved customer support especially for iOS users, and (3) quicker responses for student discount applications.

What I liked about the New Angkas App is now quicker to book compared in the old app. I know the app had transitions with their updates & enhancements but I believe it’s gonna be a nice app so far. I recommend to add some online chat feature with the biker so I can easily connect with biker instead of texting because not all the time I have load. I also had a hard time experienced locating the biker, the app notified me that biker was in the pick up location however the apps interface was still far from the pick up location. But so far the app made a progress and its easy and seamless app so far. Charges also much cheaper compared before. Thank you angkas for this opportunity. I’ve been loyal to angkas since then. I also thanked the biker for driving me safe, always.
