AliExpress Shopping App 12+

I have been using it for years still I am happy. You can find cheap and quality products, but just need to be careful reviewing the items, shop or the seller if it’s legit or not, you may find scam but luckily for me I haven’t been. Careful ordering the cheapest items, it may waste your money. Also some of the items may takes longer time for it to arrive sometimes it depends where the seller from, or the item from or what kind of shipping company delivers the product.

I live in the Philippines which is less than 4 hours from China. However it has been over 45 days since I ordered items. Also these items are already paid for. I needed to leave this review to warn people about buying anything from this site. Is wish I could give less than 1 star but that is as low as it goes. Also the customer service is absolutely horrendous. It makes excuses for the customer not getting what they ordered. I was told by one of the customer service people that it is the sellers’ responsibility that I need the items I ordered. Obviously they have never taken a business class in college (me either) but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that without the customer you don’t have any money going into the business. I hope anyone will pay attention to my warnings about this app. I have ordered from Lazada and Shopee and guess what. I have already received everything that I ordered. They are Chinese companies also. Stay away from AliExpress. You have been warned

From browsing for goodies to making wishlists, placing items in your cart to contacting the sellers for additional info, to buying and ordering through paying, tracking, confirmation or disputes, everything is there. You could actually get lost for hours looking for that ideal bargain. And it's being constantly improved, too! No wonder more and more people on the planet shop at AliExpress and its sibling malls.
