Latest version
I'm not happy with latest version especially when I try to book a hotel now the process is very difficult and I can't sort the hotel which is providing offer from other hotels.
I recommended to keep the Entertainer getaways App to be open if a costumer request.
That mean I am as a costumer I can avoid this difficulty process. Entertainer Getaways should be sperated.
You should update the Application to go smoothly. the previous update was excellent.

I had bought a subscription this morning and it had been erroneously credited to another person’s id. Further to discovering this error, I have been trying in vain to resolve this issue. Three of your customer support staff ( Jim, Brett and another staff member) chatted with me for durations of more than 30 minuted but have failed to resolve the matter and transfer the credit to my account.
Snapshots of my account and bank transfer details have been shared with Jim in the WhatsApp account provided by him.
Please resolve this matter immediately to avoid an escalation of concern.
