∙ The custom configuration feature, which has been available since iOS 13.2 and iPad OS 13.2, is a feature that app developers must support. If changing the font is not possible, contact the developer of the app you wish to use.

∙ If you install the iOS beta version, the font change function is not provided. In this case, you will need to restore to the standard version, not the beta version, to use that feature.

∙ In iOS17, fonts may not appear in the list or may be delayed. This usually resolves itself after some time, but if not, please contact customer support.

∙ The purchase will be made with an Apple account.

∙ How to check your purchase history: Settings → Apple ID → Media and Purchase Items → Account View → Purchase History

∙ You can use it for one year when you purchase fonts in the store in the Sandoll Cloud app, and the automatic purchase is not renewed after the expiration of the period.

∙ All fonts in the mobile app can be used when the Sandoll Cloud app is installed. If you delete the app, you can't use it.

∙ If you leave the membership, you will not be able to use the font you purchased permanently.

∙ Inquiries regarding payment (duplicated purchase processing, refund, etc.) can be processed by contacting Apple Customer Center.

∙ After the license expires, the work can be protected by activation service. The activation service is a Sandoll Cloud service that recognizes the rights of works produced within the license period in the form of certificates and certification banners. You can check the "genuine certificate" for each pass on the Sandoll Cloud website at Login > My Page > License Management.
