I send cash to foreign transfer, deducted from my pay+ account and not credited to receiver account, contact customer service and send details to through pay+ app also, no option to follow up with app, toll free number not getting proper answer,

When your residency card expires
It will give you problems when your residency card expires. I got an email prompting me to upload my new residency card, but there is no freaking way I am able to do it. Their customer service also not answering my queries. I would love to give a 5 star review as Pay+ is my most convenient way of sending money to my account in my home country. But 1 star for now until it is fixed.
Update: Never fixed. Previously they replied to my query. Now they don't accept my email. What a troublesome app.
Not credited
I transferred some amount to india through pay+ account. Unfortunately the amount is not credited. I called costumer care number and they told me to sent mail with the details, after 1 day i called again they told me to call Ooredoo costumer care number 1500, they told me wait for somedays. After holidays only they will check the email. What a uselessness service. Don’t use it…
We are using this app for only immediate credit. Not getting value for our money and necessities.
