Description
Musalih is a Platform to connect users with handyman services within Oman. It is made easy for
the user to look for a service in a finger tab and in short amount of time the service provider
“Mahir” can accept the request and provide the service for the user.
The user has the option to schedule a service to request immediately. Through the request
process at Musalih Platform users have to describe the issue or the service they need to
complete or resolve.
Services covered are in the Air conditioning, Electricity and Plumping. All services provided by
Musalih platform are under 3 days guarantee, in case the issue shall be revisited within the 3
days after the service, it shall be of no cost to the user. The cost will be there only on case of
completing extra service other than the original request or new part replacement/installation.
Musalih platform provides the option for the user to pay either cash or thought online payment
for the services. After the payment the user has the option to rate and review the service
provider “Mahir”. The review is to maintain the high-quality services targeted in every service
completed through Musalih Platfrom.

Great Service
It was Friday morning when everything is closed at Muscat, tried to call all my typical service companies and none of them picked up or accepted to come and help. With few clicks with Muslih, I had a great professional expert af my house with no hassle. He treated my air condition as a princess, excellent service and way to go to the great team behind this app.
Keep waiting until you give up
One of our house pipes busted and I made a request online hoping someone will reach out. I got a call as soon as the request was logged that someone will reach out to me “shortly” I explained to the guy that it’s an emergency and he said he will prioritize it. Until an hour no call. I called the guy and he said “he will check” another half hour no luck. Then again no response until finally he called back to say the technician is not responding. Note that this whole thing took 2 hours!! And this was supposed to be an emergency!!
Had the person not admitted at the last call that they’re out of technicians they would have got a 1 stare!
Service and UI
The service was very helpful and great..
But i have one suggestion that you need to update the UI for the app. To make it attractive.
