Pleasant experience
A while ago I gave a poor rating due to the app doesn’t always work. A few times I was charged for parking under an hour, ended up having to paid whatever parking fees charged onscreen to get out which feels scammy. And the customer service phone number on the app is not reachable. However, on my recent visit to the mall I managed to speak to a very helpful staff and have had the app issue resolved.
Absolute scam. DO NOT SHOP @ Westfield Newmarket
Westfield Newmarket is a leaky mall that scams & rips off customers via their parking system. Being charged to even park at this leaky shoddy place is an absolute joke & the service for parking enquiries/help is mediocre, appalling and they seem to have zero understanding of their own system.
Will be highly recommending family, friends and followers on all my social media platforms to share to their networks of followers also to NOT shop at Westfield Newmarket or any shopping centre who charge for parking. Being charged to park at a place you shop at is a money hungry revenue gathering con and we shouldn’t support the greedy. Westfield parking deserves Zero stars and we should all spend our hard earned cash at more customer friendly shopping centres and malls.
App works well
The app is simple and does what it says. Most of these reviews are about a mall location which doesn’t speak for the entire company. Further developments on the app need to be made regarding parking. Perhaps all devices with the registration get the reminders as it can’t guess who is using it. I look forward to development
