Fix the bug, lower your security level, please.

FaceID popping out will cancel the login or payment in your app, bro, FaceID always pops out to input a password or PIN when login or pay, I have to turn it off to make an payment.
You are not an app that important to feel interrupted by FaceID. You should not feel interrupted by anything.
What am I supposed to do with all these securities you gave to me, fuel my car in enemy territory?

So many glitches on the app! It at times will process my payment, payment gets deducted but the app crashes, says error occurred. Therefore having to wait 10-15 mins for my money to return. Its happened several times while using the app, so frustrating. I’ve even made contact the customer service team, they hung up... after a long pause waiting for their answer as to why? So, therefore I uninstalled the app restarted my phone, then installed the app again. With still no success. Wait It gets better, after reinstalling this app, I’ve had to login again and then reload my visa debit card, now it’s saying “error” please try again. It’s now been 3 days retrying this stupid useless app. Even customer service don’t even understand, and just suggested try another gas station. Huh yup so I did....went back to using BP! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤨

Not great

I tried going back to use this app recently and it’s still has the same problems with why I stopped using it. Just doesn’t work for pay in car anymore at any station I try at the last 3 times, when it used to work fine when the app was first introduced. Get to approval stage and just gets error every time. Then have to go inside to scan instead. I changed to bP and pay more for fuel usually because their app works all the time for fuelling at pump! If they can keep their app bug free then you guys definitely need to as well. Ps their app is easier to use than yours…
