Delivery guy screwed me over. Got a full refund. Good job guys!

Useful but not totally functional

Some restaurants have set menus but don’t indicate what’s in the set...others have a forced upsize otherwise you couldn’t add the dish, then might as well use the price and size of the upsized dish. Not totally user friendly

Customer service needs improvements

Deliveries are going smoothly and great until something doesn’t went that well.

Photo’s uploaded from photo library instead straight from camera means your ticket will be cancelled.

When called by callcenter: too much hassle explaining your case many times to many workers.

So i got curious and tried the pricier gr*b and their issue handling is much more quicker better! I even subscribed and no hassle is more worth to me.
