Great app and very quick response from help desk

App is very easy to use with great events. Unfortunately Boiler Room London was postponed so I send an email to the helpdesk. Veryyyyyy quick response and they refunded the money immediately. Thanks! Hope to attend another great festival in the future.

Unprofessional

Cancelling tickets last minute while the reason was well known at least a week in advance with 0 proper communication.
