We are constantly updating and improving our app experience based on your feedback.

Here’s what we did for Avis Car Rental version 18.0 .

● New Dynamic Homepage: Adapts to where you are in your car rental journey: pre-pickup, on rent or post-rental.
● Rental Dashboards: Now available on the home screen. Access your rental information in one place to alter or adjust any of your trips.
● Advanced Selection Filtering: We’ve introduced additional filtering criteria to deliver a more relevant vehicle search result.
● User-Friendly Language: for example, “Rentals” and “Reservations” are now called “Trips.”
● Improved Account Management: Easily update your preferences and manage your account in one place on the new and improved Accounts page

Functionality

Your Avis App it is not functional neither helpful to register the data information for mexicana customer: full Name ( we use two names, second and third Name : Agustín de Jesús Bravo Garcia) to match with passport and Visa) , ádress space , Phone number , etc
Ejemplo : estoy tratando de enviar y me exige un apodo , llevo 8 y me rechaza ( ya está en uso ) pongo nombre, o apellido , o dato relacionado conmigo y me lo rechaza .. es estupido ,

De nada sirve la app…

Tener la app no sirve de nada. Por ejemplo, AVIS tiene la promoción de “50% de descuento en todas las rentas” … pero si reservas en la app, con tu número Preferred, sólo te hace 40%. Ah!… y después no puedes ligar tu núm Preferred a tu reservación. Qué chafa…
