Satisfied with the watch, and great customer support

I initially wrote a less enthusiastic review of the Xplora x6 and related app.

However, after a longer period of use, I realise the watch delivers what is expected. The battery seems to easily handle a day at school so far, but I want to see how it ages.
The tracking works well, although updates are sometimes delayed, and the safety zone alerts come as expected.

I wish it was possible to set the time it takes for the sos button to trigger the alarm, as 10s seems a bit long to me, although I do understand the consideration of not starting false alarms.

I had an issue with the school mode, that was failing to stop at the end of the predefined period. I contacted Xplora's support, and received timely and efficient help. Setting up the APN seems to do the trick.

Montre défectueuse

Ma fille a sa montre depuis 1 an et demi et elle l’utilise quasi quotidiennement. Au début nous étions très satisfaits, mais depuis quelques semaines la montre ne réagit plus aux infos qu’on met sur le GSM, comme p.ex le mode école. Si on enlève le mode école, celui-ci ne se désactive pas avant l’heure initialement prévue, du coup la montre est bloquée. La montre ne s’eteint pas, elle est donc inutilisable.
Très décevant

Very buggy app

The app is very buggy, sometimes it just freezes, sometimes it shows the watch has 0 battery and doesn’t show location. Not a product you can rely on unfortunately.
