YOUR MOBILE TICKET
- Get your mobile train tickets sent straight to your smartphone in barcode form.
- View or scan your mobile train tickets (no internet connection needed).
- Download a PDF version of your ticket via the "My tickets" tab if needed.
- Exchange your train tickets at our Contact Centre using the "click-to-call" function in the “My tickets” tab (open 7 days a week).

PDF Export
Hi, the app is generally okay, maybe a bit clunky and one cannot send tickets to the Apple wallte.
What I struggle with is the export of the PDF version of the ticket (e.g. by mail as a proof of purchase to my employer). There is no „share“ function. I am using iOS 17.5.1.
Does its job, basically
This is a decent app for booking train tickets.
Pros:
1. Well, you can book train tickets with it.
2. Doesn't crash too often.
Cons:
1. A desired feature that I think is missing: once you have a ticket, there is no automatic way to check the trains for the itinerary. You have to start a new booking (and eventually cancel it).
2. Works only for cross-border trains. For trains within Belgium, you have to use a different app.
3. I'm not sure if you can have your ticket solely in iPhone. At least nowhere in the app it assures that you can do so, meaning that you have to print your ticket on paper,or have it printed at a train station.
Confusing
Ok great to book tickets, whatever, that can be done using the machine at the station. Other than that, there are no details about how and where to travel.
You can’t press on anything for any details of what stops there are and at what time to press the stop button on the bus or something like that
