Not working properly

Unfortunately I’m experiencing important problems.
The first problem was not being able to activate a 3-day trial. I just could not push that button, or rather nothing happened when I did. Then I decided to buy a month to test the app for 5€. After I did that it was impossible for me to invite family, same issue as with the “trial”-button.
I feel like I wasted 5€ :(
