Description
Volevamo aggiungere funzionalità strettamente legate al mondo aziendale quali integrazione con il centralino, con la rubrica condivisa, possibilità di fare videoconferenze di gruppo e di coinvolgere in tempo reale utenti esterni tramite cellulare o telefonono fisso.
E magari integrare un bot che potesse fungere da vero e proprio assistente virtuale, aiutando l’utente sia per la parte comunicativa sia per espletare operazioni dinamiche con dati prelevati da altri software interni dell’azienda.
Abbiamo così creato Spoon, un modo diverso di assistere la persona nella comunicazione, una comunicazione intelligente ed assistita.
