Dear sir kindly improve in picking up customer from Airport Area i always Use from T4 for pick up by current location or mark up location, since this new application it does not show up to be picked from T4 need to mark specifically kuwait airport location later it show up Kuwait airways mail Area, please thankyou for providing Excellent Service 🙏

I’ve been using this app for less than a year.
My location is very easy and has road why should i walk to the location you choose?
you should take into consideration that we are in a very hot country
+ most of your drivers arrive to the location that i need time to walk to after my pick time was changed more than 10 times and won’t wait for me to arrive!! I understand it’s public transportation but the due to using this app is to go to our works not to wait more than 1 hour for a pick up! I guess you have more than 1 bus working around !!!
Location/Driver
I’m using City Link for how many times and so far its all Good. But today is really is so BAD day, 1st the driver dont want to come in which location I am. When I book its always on Boubyan bank and no option but if I ask the driver to go to Mall they will come but this Driver named Dinesh which me and my friend just ride makes us feel not to use the app again. He’s really so rude and always asking where is our location? Even to other passenger he got mad! Why? There is location in the app right? And why he doesn’t want to drop us off in our location? Always he’s telling its a problem for him coz its traffic?
