Outlook Review

It is honestly a much better version than the one they had for the Microsoft operating system program/application, a few years back. This one is more flexible and has many other new features.

The one bad thing about it though, is that you can't "recall" an email; it was one thing I seriously appeciated in the Microsoft operating system version of outlook.
Mac version developers should take that into consideration and develop a new version of outlook which supports this feature.

Great Functionality & Productivity, Lacks Creativity & Innovation

I'm fully aware — customers constantly ask for impossible standards without any understanding of the inevitable & significant trade-offs that exist between said standards.

A great tool for productivity and functionality will likely need to trade-off a degree of innovative and creative integrations, meaning less new but untested functions.

But kudos to you Microsoft, you've been on a roll over the past 5 years, creating amazingly useful products that have actually pushed innovative boundaries and our imaginations ever so slightly.

Long story short, MS Outlook works great, but if I were to use another company as an example — look at Arc Browser and how they dared to totally upend and change how browsers function and I'm sorry to say but I was fully convinced to switch from Edge to Arc. Their layout and model is incredibly unconventional and it actually works better! I believe you can do the same with the most utilized email platform in the world :)

Good luck!
