Ricevo chiamate da numeri noti di pubblicità aggressiva ma l’applicazione non li blocca né avvisa. dice semplicemente numero sconosciuto.ad esempio il 334 21 21 563 mi ha chiamato e l’app lo ha indicato come numero sconosciuto non come pubblicità aggressiva

Hello! It's possible that you've been called from the numbers that are not yet reported to our Community IQ system or that do not have enough spam score to be blocked automatically. We use strict algorithms to add the numbers to the Community and they can't be blacklisted by getting one or two reports.
If you want to see how Call Control is working, you can navigate to the 'More' tab (three dots at the bottom right corner), choose "Call Blocking Settings" and change the "Block Mode" from "Block" to "Identify".

After that Call Control will stop blocking calls but instead will show a mark if the call is spam. If you use it for a while in this mode you can make sure it correctly marks all calls you don't want and it doesn't mark numbers you want to call you.

Then you can change the setting back to "Block" mode.
