Basically Uber is good and relaxing for customers..mainly thing is that it’s not enough good for drivers.. because of that price is very low, means lower more than auto rickshaw.. we bought the car in 6/8 lacks Indian currency so what company provide us after hard work in whole day?? Ola is giving to their drivers good price and good money whatever the benefits for them. If we are using OLA for 5 km then drivers takes the more than 150 rs and Uber giving us 75/85 so what’s that??? It’s not according to rules .. so finally I knew this thing no one listen this about drivers! It’s totally clear.. nothing benefits to write down comments..

Hi, we understand your concern regarding your earnings. However, please note that, we are working on improving the trip fare and pricing policy for both our driver-partners and riders.
About the price for drivers
App interface is good but while coming about the pricing means it’s not good enough for the riders because on average bike will give mialeage 50km take the assumption for ride u are giving for bikers 7-10rupees per km in ur app that too it will not be considered the pickup km if we add the 1litre petrol means we have to do min 400 for that petrol if we not done that means it will not use of driving because we are going so munch struggles in that hectic traffic and we gonna loose bike condition by using it significantly and that too if we go to one pick up to dopping we never predict significantly some times it will come some times not come the rides then what should we have to do either roam their it self or we have to come back at km also not consider I think per km it should 10-12 rupees or while giving the rides consider the pick-up location kms also and promotions are not giving properly because in a week 150raids is a joke
Need Customer & location improvements
Some customers are very gentle but some of them very rude and have no ethics of car they forget they are seating in car that have booked for just drop they should keep in mind we tried to surve them our best but I don’t think they deserve this respect
If we are learning good behaviour they should learn too about Driver n car
Uber should improve map quality location quality like yesterday i went to receive customer (neeta)
Unfortunately uber took me at wrong location. So Customer cancel that trip
