Todaystech Quit Smoking is a app to help smokers track and reduce smoking habit.

Progress
In the Progress tab, we meticulously record your smoking status and track the overall progress of the community. Dates are color-coded to indicate your adherence to your smoking cessation goals. A green date signifies that you have successfully met your smoking goal for that day, while a red date indicates that you have exceeded your goal. This intuitive system simplifies the monitoring and management of your smoking habits.
Ultimately, our objective is to support you in achieving smoke-free living. To this end, setting your target smoking count to zero is paramount.
Upon accessing the Community tab, you will find the collective smoking status of all community members displayed in either red or green. In instances where every member has successfully adhered to their smoking goals, the date will appear green. Conversely, if the community fails to meet its smoking goals, the date will be displayed in red. This feature fosters accountability and encourages mutual support among community members.

Tracking
This is the place where you need to log the number of cigarettes you have smoked in a day. This tab will always show the statistics of the last 7 days, here you can capture/tally the number of cigarettes you have smoked in a day. You can only change the number for the last 1 week. Hit the + sign to increase the number of cigarettes you have smoked, and the - sign to decrease the number of cigarettes you have smoked. We recommend you set the target at the beginning of the week. However, the target can be modified at any time of the week. If your target is less than or equal to the number you have smoked, the status bar will be green. In all other cases, the status bar will be red. No need to hit the save button, it will automatically save your entry! Our app will give you regular notifications to update your smoking status.

Community
This section describes the Community tab, where members come together to engage in discussions, share ideas, and provide feedback. Similar to popular social media platforms such as Facebook, this tab facilitates interaction through likes and comments on posts shared by community members. Additionally, each member's post includes a visible count of the cigarettes smoked, promoting transparency and accountability.
We encourage all members to uphold a respectful and constructive dialogue, refraining from contentious topics. Administrators maintain oversight to ensure adherence to community standards, with the authority to delete or hide posts that do not align with these guidelines. This fosters a supportive and conducive environment for meaningful exchanges and collective progress toward shared goals.

Total Reward
Within this tab, you have the opportunity to participate in various challenges curated by your administrator. These challenges are structured to occur on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, with the overarching goal of fostering collective efforts toward smoking cessation.
Accessible challenges are prominently featured in the active section, while completed challenges—whether completed or not—are archived for reference in the completed section. Additionally, the top right corner of the tab showcases the top 10 achievers, each of whom earns a designated number of points as recognition for their achievements.
This feature not only incentivizes participation but also celebrates the dedication and progress of community members in their journey toward a smoke-free lifestyle.

Profile
Within the Profile tab, you'll find a comprehensive overview of your personal information, affording you the flexibility to modify or update details as needed. Additionally, this tab provides a convenient option to log out from the application permanently, ensuring privacy and security. Moreover, you can easily track your accumulated points, providing a clear snapshot of your progress and achievements within the platform.
