Fuel Cycle and Speed Analysis Chart is never displayed

The app is moderately functional, overall moderate experience, not overwhelming at all.
The feature Fuel Cycle chart and Speed Analysis Chart never gets populated, neither in planned trip nor in unplanned trip. As a result I can not verify the milage via this app. I have XZ plus O Nexon variant purchased on Sep 2022, the infotainment system doesn’t show milage in it, I need to manually check it from instrument cluster. SC mentioned that IRA connected variants has to check via mobile App. But sadly the app is also not showing. So whats the use of the feature if I have to manually check this in instrument cluster?
Apart from that diagnostics are not perfect either, shows different results in a period of 30 minutes while car has not moved throughout the day.
Connectivity is poor, takes forever sometimes to get it sync, even when I am in open space with ample network on other devices.
Please provide guidance if I am doing something wrong or if its actually an issue! I don’t see a reason to renew it any further since a regular gps device does almost similar things in far more better way..

Great App and Worth it secure ur vehicle

The app initially didn’t work well for me. But after i contacted iRA support I received prompt response from them to fix the issue. (Honestly hearing all bad things about Tata service I never expected that). It seemed my dealership hadn’t submitted my KYC documents that’s why the app was never activated. But hey. that is not the app to blame. Also dealership immediately rectified their fault. Hence no complaints. Coming to the app it is a wonderful and provides you support to remotely control your vehicle. You can also run Diagoniatic on ur to see initial reports. You can set perimeter and track your vehicle as well. You can enable valet mode when handling ur car to someone. Best thing i like is it gives you driving score based on ur driving habit that helps you to improve and drive better to keep your car in great condition. It also shows seriously reminders and fuel status. What not .. over all if you are spending so much on your car addiction few bucks for its security is worth and essential i feel. With that thought i got this and am glad i did that. Happy driving. Stay safe.

The app stops working time to time for no reason. Though uninstalling and installing it back fixes the problem yet it’s very frustrating when u are in need and the app just fails to respond.

Very poor customer support and not trust worthy

I am using Tata safari gold xza+ I found my Tata ira app is not working and I contacted the customer support after 5 days got the reply that you subscription is expired , where as the subscription renew date was reflecting 25th March and app stopped on 25 Th feb. Customer support team asked my permission to change the subscription date so that I can renew the app. After my confirmation they changed the date and when I was trying to open the app got unknown error again and again, then I removed the app from mobile and reinstalled the app then the renewal option wAs showing when I made the payment through upi it is still showing me the error to renew the app.
When I called the customer care today got the information it is renewed from our end pl try to uninstall the app and asked me to reinstall so that it will resolved . I tried but the same renewal option to renew the app. It’s more than 8 days I am running behind the customer support for the service. Tata stands for the trust and after seeing this services I thought the organisation Philosophy is getting ruined by Tata motors giving poor services to the client. I have made a mistake taking a high end car from Tata and I will never recommend anyone to buy. They don’t understand the family values. My children’s are travelling and I m not able to monitor my Veichle. This is really a disaster. Request the team donot do the R&D with passenger Veichle customers
