Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro: Exceptional Sound, But iPhone Compatibility Woes Persist

Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro offer an exceptional auditory experience that captivated even this dedicated iPhone user. The sound quality is outstanding, with pristine clarity, thumping bass, and a snug fit making every listening session a delight. However, my enthusiasm is tinged with frustration due to the Galaxy Buds app, which regrettably doesn't support these earbuds when used with an iPhone. This oversight limits my ability to optimize and personalize these otherwise remarkable earphones. The app, crucial for harnessing the full potential of these buds, remains inaccessible, and it's disheartening to encounter such a compatibility roadblock. I earnestly beseech Samsung to address this issue with the utmost urgency, be it through an app update or a comprehensive alternative solution. Loyal customers like myself yearn for a seamless experience, regardless of our choice of smartphone. By prioritizing this concern, Samsung can ensure that the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro continue to meet the needs of all users.

Works alright with iPhone

Looking at all the review, I was very skeptical about getting the Buds+. The main reason I wanted these were for its amazing battery. Has good sound quality(not the best), tweak around the equaliser for personalisation. But hey, all those who have come and rated that it doesn’t work, guys, read the manual on how to pair it with an iOS device. You have to pair the buds in Bluetooth before you open the app and pair it in the app. So you should have two devices connected <buds_name> and <buds_name> LE in the Bluetooth.
I know it’s not the neatest solution but hey it works. Cutting out one star cause the software implementation could have been better especially with the pairing mechanism, and need the low latency mode for iOS as well. But Samsung, please please find a way to get make the pairing easier, else you are going to get more negative reviews for a product that actually works good once you are past the pairing phase. Consistently pairs when opening the case and disconnects when closing. Figure something out for better initial setup.

App not working

Do something guys plz. App not connecting with my bud +. Please do some updates.

Dear Team,
I am using SE2020 App is not connecting to with my bud +. I have wrote a review a few weeks before. The developer reply was so funny, all are underrating the app. But developers saying it’s working fine with ios. We are not aware how to connect our ear buds. Then they are suggesting to reset the settings in bud + app. I don’t have any option to reset the app. Fyi I reinstalled the app couple of Time nothing was happened. If you guys don’t really know how to solve this issue. Just put a note or warning for the other new user. Who is willing to buy, they must know bud+ app is not compatible with ios. Come on guys, please be practical. After this many underrate also you guys are not understanding means what we can do. This much big company itself not able solve the issues, and giving fake news to customers. Please be practical, i didn’t except this type of response from you guys.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear of your poor experience; Buds+ should be working seamlessly in iOS. Could you please let us know your iPhone model? Perhaps it does not support this application. If you have a supported iPhone model, there's no need to worry though, lets try some troubleshooting steps shall we?
1. First, you need to reset the Galaxy Buds App. Open the App. Then go to General and tap on Reset earbuds > Reset.
2. After the Buds app reset, close the app and close the Buds+/Live case with the earbuds in it.
3. Open the case after sometime, then go to your iPhone Settings> Bluetooth> Connect with Galaxy Buds+/Live . Quickly move on to the next stage.
4. Open the Galaxy Buds app and Get started> Select Galaxy Buds model> Connect.
