ONGCAReS: ONGC Clinical Assistance and Referral e-System
IT Enabled Medical Referral System through Medical Smart Cards for ONGC beneficiaries for optimization of the medical services can be improved further to the satisfaction of the beneficiaries. This would enable ONGC to serve employees, their dependents and retired employees & their dependents to avail best medical facilities and providing the flexibility of treatment at any of empaneled hospitals of ONGC anywhere in India.
Real-time updates will be available as per the admission details, medical diagnosis & clinical status of the patient and can verify the patient electronically.

Not working
After putting the CPF No and Date of Birth , the message is displayed that user is not part of ONGCCAREs family
Not able to login
After entering MPin the app is showing a new version is available “Update” but when you are directed to App Store there is no update and the cycle continues.
As for the login with pass word the app keeps asking to change M Pin and we are unable to login
Unable to update app
ONGCAReS app is showing that update is available-but on logging, when trying to update, it goes back to login page. The cycle continues n unable to either loggin or update the app. Please solve this issue immediately. I’ve installed on iPhone 10. Thanks.
